Her career in senior sales management taught Caroline the value of listening carefully, building lasting relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Later management experience further sharpened her ability to coordinate multiple priorities, anticipate challenges and solve problems efficiently. Today, those strengths translate naturally to real estate, where buyers and sellers benefit from her ability to keep a transaction organized, moving forward and focused on their goals.

A New Jersey native from Short Hills, Caroline has called Bernardsville home since 2016, where she lives in a 1763 farmhouse with her husband and two children. She volunteers in her children's schools and is a member of Basking Ridge Country Club. Caroline graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University with a B.A. in English and writing.
