With an expansive background in sales and management, Caroline is a skilled real estate partner whose detail-oriented work style is an asset to her clients.

Caroline's career began at Penguin Random House Books where she grew the business as a key sales contact, subsequently becoming a senior sales manager in charge of book sales generating over $50 million a year. More recently, she was the office director for a manufacturer, collaborating on staffing, compliance and production issues. These combined experiences give Caroline expertise that is also relevant to her sales association position, including exceptional marketing, organizational and communication skills.

The decision to join Turpin was an easy one for Caroline, who was impressed by the dedication, commitment and hard-working staff in the Bernardsville office, along with their strong ties to the local community. She brings that same mindset to her own professional dealings, and nothing gives her as much satisfaction as finding the perfect home for her clients.

A New Jersey native originally from Short Hills, Caroline moved to Bernardsville in 2016 and has lived in a 1763 farmhouse with her husband and two children since 2016. Closely connected to the community, she is active volunteer in her children's schools and is a member of the Basking Ridge Country Club. She graduated from Seton Hall University, with a cum laude Bachelor of Arts degree in English and writing.
